Returns & Refund Policy
At MAVOMAX, we want every purchase to feel right. If for any reason your order isn’t what you expected, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process clear, fair, and hassle-free.
Our Promise
We carefully select and inspect our products to ensure quality and reliability. But we also understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we allow eligible items to be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original condition and packaging.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, simply contact our Customer Care team at support@mavomax.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the steps and provide the return address. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 7–10 business days for the credit to appear.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products may be considered final sale and are not eligible for return. This will always be clearly indicated on the product page.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and details so our team can resolve the issue quickly—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
