Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you create an account with MAVOMAX:
- Faster checkout process
- Easily view your order status and order history
- Get updates on our new releases and exclusive promotions
What if I typed the wrong email address?
Please contact MAVOMAX Customer Service so we can change your email address. We can update your email, name, and shipping address, but please note we cannot change the order details themselves.
Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions on MAVOMAX.com are processed in USD. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated according to the daily exchange rate applied by your card issuer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.
We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online, all payment information is entered into a SSL-secure page. Your data is encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider for authorization. MAVOMAX does not store your payment information.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order after it is placed. If your payment has already been authorized but the order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your original payment method.
Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will incur a $0.5 cancellation fee due to transaction charges.
Please note that orders already packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
How do I set my shipping address?
Please enter your shipping address in English characters only (including punctuation). For example, replace special letters like “ç” with “c”.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot revise the shipping address. Please always provide your residential address instead of work addresses to avoid customs delays.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping option chosen. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email (usually within 24 hours of dispatch).
Please note: MAVOMAX is not responsible for customs delays in your country.
How do I track my order?
We will send you your tracking number once your order has shipped (usually within 1 day after dispatch). You can track your order anytime via the link provided in your email.
Can I use several discount codes in one order?
No, discount and promotion codes cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
What if I have missing items in my order?
If any item is missing, please contact us immediately.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
- Processing time: 2–3 business days
- Shipping: starts the next day after processing
During peak seasons or sales, processing may take longer. If you don’t receive tracking confirmation within 5 business days, please contact us.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Prices on MAVOMAX.com are tax-free in USD.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged once your order arrives, depending on your local customs office. These charges are your responsibility.
How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Returns must be in original condition with intact packaging.
- Some items may be final sale (see our Returns Policy).
What if the items I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, photos of the product, and details. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How long is the returns process?
Processing returns can take up to 14 business days after we receive your package. We will notify you by email once your return is complete.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
- Credit/Debit card refunds: 7–10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal refunds: usually faster
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe, please contact your bank or card provider.
